    I told my partner about the zumba session I did this morning and he wanted to give it a go so we did one together in the afternoon, much booty shaking and arm flailing from both of us, thankfully we managed to avoid hitting each other 🤣

    So my steps are kicking it today. Back to the office tomorrow though so they will drop again.

    @Pippin20206 Congrats to making it to One-derland ...that is a huge accomplishment :)

    Thank you but I don't know what it means? 🤣

    That is when you get below 200 and now have a 1 in front of your weight.

    Good Morning Everyone ... Didn't sleep very well last night ...every time Aspen moved in her Kennel I would wake up ... I will not be walking her at anytime until we figure this all out with the vet .. so I will be walking to Leslie Sansone's dvd's with my music ...I think I will start meal prepping today ... I want to make keto popcorn using provolone cheese with corn extract and cheese powder... keto pretzels and other stuff ...I hope everyone has a great day

    I am glad the vet told you that you can walk with her. The popcorn sounds so good.

    This week went surprisingly well. Idk if it’s because I think getting back into drinking a ton of water and making sure I got my steps in (most days) did the trick. I participated in this week’s challenge of setting a numbers goal, and I chose 64 oz of water a day, which is 2 of my water bottles. I think that really helped. I think it kept me full (I didn’t even eat dinner one night because I wasn’t hungry), and it flushed everything out of my system lol.

    I’m planning on jumping on the treadmill today for the first half of the GA game - I did that last week, and it was great! I spent 2 hours walking and watching the game. It was a successful and easy way to get my exercise done.
    Steps this week:
    11/6: 9,273
    11/7: 4,698
    11/8: 9,103
    11/9: 4,590
    11/10: 5,795
    11/11: 6,320
    11/12: 7,306

    Fantastic loss! Water is good for you in so many ways. Keep on reaching your water and step goal.

    Roger, your steps are amazing. Nice walking. It is amazing how many steps you can get when shopping. My step count is always higher on grocery shopping day.

    Went over calories. Went to buy stamps and a pack of peanut M&M’s called my name. Overall my Saturday eating was way better than it has been in awhile. The scale was good to me today. I am back in onderland and hope to hang on to this by Friday. Pool again today. Need to do a long stretching session after my laps as my back still isn’t happy and my usual pain control methods aren’t helping.

    Happy Sunday!

    Thanks Linda ... Got up at 5am to give Aspen her 1st dose of her horse pills with the urinary wet food and she took it like a champ.. I made little meatballs with the wet food (which I never give my dogs ) and stuck the pills into them ... we will be walking tomorrow ... I can't wait

    Congrats @888Angie888 , @red1185, @Aqualang26 on your weight loss and steps.
    So sorry for your loss @rlaskey2. The loss of a pet is like losing a close friend.

    Have had episodes of binge eating and impulse spending over the last 3 weeks. Not physically hungry yet can't say that it is boredom, sor mindless eating. Am very restless lately and a bit anxious but not certain why. Am feeling like I am starting a new chapter in my life and not certain what will happen.

    I am going to take this as a win!! I'm able to see the community. Everything was fine login-wise a couple of days ago, then not🙄. I could see some things, just not everything. So for this last week I'm going to post my intensity minutes. I get this total from my Garmin for my workout week.😊

    Check-In:
    November 8 thru 14 Intensity Minutes:
    Moderate: 721
    Vigorous: 134
    Total for the Week: 855

    I actually discovered half way through the day that my step counter had run out of charge so I lost a few steps. Partner and I did another 15 mins of zumba together tonight, or as I like to call it, synchronised arm flailing 🤣 we are going to try to do it 3 times a week.

    It must be frustrating not being able to get in. If you go to your mobile browser and put mfp.com you should be able to log in that way.

    @Beautyofdreams
    Binge eating can be a result of stress or anxiety. When I am going through a period of anxiety or stress I struggle with my binge eating. Do you have anything you do or use for coping skills during these times? I use deep breathing a lot when have anxiety.

    @rwood566
    Is diamond dots the same as 5d diamond painting? I love doing the diamond painting. I had trouble finding frames for mine so I was silly and threw the out when moving. A friend told me where she gets frames so I may start again.

    @Bluetail6
    Awesome intensity minutes!

    This is my first official kick in the Teeth. A birthday party, and some bad decisions, has literally ballooned me over night. On top of the never ending pain issues I'm at a pretty low point in my journey at the moment.

    I"m going to have to pull up my socks and just try and focus on one day at a time this week.

    Two days in a row over calories. Didn’t affect the scales but I am not going to kid myself that I can continue being over calories and not see changes in my weight. The good news about yesterday is I earned my perfect week badges for movement, exercise and stand minutes. I am so proud of myself.

    My watch is not picking up my heart rate the entire time I am exercising. There are big gaps in the pool exercise heart rate graph and I can’t get one from swimming because there is not enough data points. I am trying to find a solution to this. I did have the same issue with my Fitbit on occasion. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Happy Sunday!

    That is too funny! Synchronized arm flailing! 😂 Great job with the exercise. You guys will have to change the saying to a couple who exercises together stays together.

    Try to take it one minute at a time. I know it is harder for you as you work but try when the pain gets really bad to rest or find a position that gives you some relief. Do you have the option of working from home? Have you asked the doctor for an mri? I had to wait a few months for mine and the wait to see the specialist. Remember, this weight loss journey is definitely not a straight line. There will be bad decisions, days and sometimes weeks. I think chronic pain makes all aspects of life difficult including weight loss. The one thing I have learned after dealing with pain that slowly got worse over the last 2 years is I have to adjust my life to manage th3 pain. That meant everything from changing the way I exercise to accepting that I can’t do as much as I used to. Jonathan, I really feel for you. Dealing with pain is a journey in itself that we have to learn to navigate. Hang in there.
