This is the first time the app hasn't shown a blank screen.

happy thursday everyone! it is a very cool and windy day here today. my daughter says hello to everyone. both budgie birds are doing well and say cheep, cheep! i have been for a walk and i feel great! i will be doing some dancing later on in the afternoon. have a great day, everyone! take care and stay safe.2

Goals/Day/Comments: Not a lot of exercise today, plus had dinner out to celebrate my brother's birthday. According to MFP, I'm still under my calorie limit, but I doubt that as I think my exercise calories is usually a bit too generous. Still, I'm basically at my 230 pound goal which I've been pursuing for 16 months, so I'm happy about that.1 -

I've been following a low carb/keto eating plan for the last 7 months or so with slow results (roughly 5 lbs per month) but results none the less. Had bloodwork done earlier this week for my doctor. Cholesterol came back 300 with my LDL "Bad Cholesterol" hitting 211! Doctor now wants me to follow the "Mediterranean" diet. Lots of fish, chicken (no skin), red meat once a week, eat more whole grains, and beans such as black beans & kidney beans for fiber, no processed foods like bacon, sausage, lunchmeat and to put me on medication. It is difficult for me to transition away from what I have been doing but I will do it for my health.
Anyone following that eating plan right now? Any pointers?1 -

Yes, me. Iβve been doing Keto/low carb for months now and have lost about 6 kgs. Itβs the only thing thatβs worked for me in a longtime. My cholesterol is still in the high range and Iβve also been advised to switch to the Mediterranean diet. I will have to try.2 -
