Congrats on the typing progress!
I sympathize with your weight fluctuating. You’ve held on over some difficult medical problems so that’s a victory. And you know how to go forward when you’re ready.
I’ve got 6 lbs. that keeps finding me and disappearing over the last year. Progress and regress. But I’ll take that as a maintenance success. Previously when I lost weight I would have regained + in a years time. Not where I want to be but sooooo much better than it was.
We’re going to lose that last 25 lbs. this year.2 -
Hey, slings and t-shirts have weight too! And the absolute bottom of the scale is not always realistic.
That said the rest of it sounds quite encouraging❣️
Including the slow but steady paw progress!!!❤️
Have you started physio yet or is that still to come?2 -
You all are so inspiring. Its great to read how you all deal with long term weight loss and just how difficult it gets after 8+ months! Well I’m happy to report I’m down another 12lbs since I last checked in here at end of sept. I’m finding it is getting harder and harder to meet my low cal limit of 1250cal so I’m trying my best to exercise more so I can eat more and still lose..such a tricky balance for me. I’m also planning a 2-3 week diet break in December when my goal will be to just maintain before getting back to business in Jan.

Sure looks like you're WELL ON YOUR WAY towards reaching it! Just try to incorporate as many long term behaviours as you can as opposed to solely concentrating on dieting.
Becoming the future version is the shorthand. As long as you're moving closer to becoming that future version of yourself the weight loss will take care of itself!3 -

You seem to be steadily decreasing and pulling consistent deficits in the 550 a day range so that's pretty good❣️3

Yeah, I've been eating a little more but also started going to the gym lately. Weight is going down but I also feel I'm getting stronger little by little. No complaints.3

Close to 50% Total Body Weight loss. Close, but no cigar. Not complaining though. Also, got to the 1XX pound mark..we don't use pounds here but still it feels good.4 -
You are doing so well, Dante. So consistent in your efforts and you've lost an entire person! You must be feeling absolutely transformed, and you provide me with so much inspiration.4

Congratulations, Dante! Great work.3

A 1kg drop after last week's uptick and 10 days of deficit break...bodies are weird!3 -
Survived Thanksgiving with only a slight uptick on the scale. Pretty much maintaining this year but post holidays I need to try harder. There’s a family wedding in August. I haven’t seen any family in two years and I’d like to be at goal by then.3

You can do it Yooly! And even if you continue to maintain or just lose a couple of pounds, people will still be amazed at your achievement! There are 31 weeks between 1st Jan and 6th August - at a sensible rate of half a pound a week you'd have broken the back of your last 25lbs by then, and then you could slam on the brakes for a slooooooowwww loss of your last 10 or so lbs, which would please Gimpy and give your hormones time to adjust!4

Some more progress in the Balkan front.

Man, it's sure been a while since I was under 90 kilos. Also getting close to that 50% TBW loss milestone, no cigar yet though. I'll get it in time for the holidays hopefully!

In English money this is 10 st 13 lbs...woohoo, under 11 stone!
It's also pleasing to be back in the 60s...my interim goal weight is 60kg, so it's nice to a see a 6 at the front of the number...5
