 I was 1.5 pounds away from my goal this month. But, I’m still content with my progress. These five weeks I lost 9.3 pounds. I’m happy with that2

 Exercise: Yes, 25 minutes ring fit. Day 1 of the ringfit kickstart 2.0 was testing to compare with testing at the end of the month. I was planning on doing a walk afterwards but between the jogging and the squats my body says no.
 Also excited, my goal was to be under 200lbs by the end of the year. This morning my weight was 197.8. I lost 42lbs in 2021!
 I'd like to be at and maintaining my initial goal weight of 170lbs by the end of 2022. Have been thinking about adjusting goal for a range of 150/160lbs but am just going to aim for 170lbs for now. Would finally just be overweight instead of obese.
