I thought I had thrown out all the Christmas candy that we had gotten. But some appeared today and I found myself eating it.
Mostly boredom. Staying in a lot to avoid Covid and finding it hard to keep myself occupied. And it has been too cold to be outside
much. So tomorrow I need to get myself onto some kind of schedule of activities. It will be warmer, so I would like to take a walk.
January seems like the longest month. Tomorrow is my weigh in day.

It feels great to be in the Winner’s Circle for Week 1. I think that will help boost my motivation to keep at it. Wearing 3 layers of clothes to stay
warm so far this month makes it easy for me lose sight of my goals. I need to get a photo in shorts or something to remind myself what I look like under all those layers. Anyone else having trouble visualizing yourself at your goal?3 -
@redhatsenior I can relate to all that you said. I don't want to go anywhere because I don't want to expose myself unnecessarily and it's too cold to go for a walk. Plus, I tend to drink more coffee etc trying to keep warm. Need to get through this month.3
