    It feels great to be in the Winnerโ€™s Circle for Week 1. I think that will help boost my motivation to keep at it. Wearing 3 layers of clothes to stay
    warm so far this month makes it easy for me lose sight of my goals. I need to get a photo in shorts or something to remind myself what I look like under all those layers. Anyone else having trouble visualizing yourself at your goal?

    @redhatsenior I can relate to all that you said. I don't want to go anywhere because I don't want to expose myself unnecessarily and it's too cold to go for a walk. Plus, I tend to drink more coffee etc trying to keep warm. Need to get through this month.

    Thank you! I feel like I mostly didnโ€™t deserve, since all I did was spiral out of control in December and last week was the first week out of that โ€œcarb comaโ€ and switch to eating better! Thank you so much for your support though! That feels really good to have!โ˜บ๏ธ
