    Steppers...lots of open cells in my spreadsheet from this week. @leni1us don't forget you signed up for the step challenge and I haven't received your step reports at all this month. I need your steps for 1/30 to present ASAP. Thanks! Take a look at the chart everyone and send me your steps. I'd really like to have your reports every few days so the entry doesn't become taxing. Help me out, ok?

    It's always best to journal in some way...either in an app or a written journal...it just helps us realize how much we consume...I was shocked when I first started...you know the drill!

    Go to the main Fat2Fit page and look for the SPREADSHEET FOR FEBRUARY link. Once in the spreadsheet, go to the Tab at the bottom for Shape Shifters. The top chart on that page is for the weigh ins, but scroll down and you'll find the step challenge chart just under it.

    Our MODS and fellow captains are so impressed with the stats from week 2 from everyone's hard work, that a challenge has risen!!!

    Let's work from now through Week 4 to lose a pound per person and see what we can do! Are you up for the challenge?!!!

    So sorry @jessicakrall8 I am two days behind getting in my weight also. My husband and I have been out of town since last Monday (2/7). My husband's dad passed away a few months ago and we are still working to settle his estate. He lived out of state and he had no will or trust. We live in California but we had to travel to Texas to meet with the lawyers, realtors, etc. His dad had several sons and daughters so they are trying to sort things out and try to sell his house. I totally forgot about my weigh in and step tracking. Please give me a pass this week on both. We are home now and I will try and do better this next week on both.

    My daughter has decide keto is not suiting her which makes me happy as it really doesn't suit me though she needs the support and so I go along with her. I will still make lunches and dinner for everyone to keep us on the low cal straight and narrow just with a few more carbs.

    We will not go mad and pasta is still out, bread a rarity, potatoes and brown rice once or twice a week each. I hope to exercise more regularly with a bit more energy.

    Hope you are making the most of 2022 so far and my thoughts are with those struggling - we are here for you!
