    @leni1us I'm so sorry for all the stress you're under right now. I've been through all of that as well with the loss of my mother in 2011. Try to just breathe and know that everything will eventually work out...it's just not easy, especially when you're still in the midst of grieving their loss!

    I've asked the MODS to excuse you from last week and this week's weigh ins. Take care!

    Happy Valentine's Day <3 to all.... I'll be getting some baked sweets (cupcakes or decorated cookies) for my daughter and husband after work today. I may indulge just a bit - candy's are not a tempting to me - but baked sweets definitely can be. I remind myself I just need a bite or two to satisfy the craving.

    @theMrWobbly - I tried Keto previously and while, effective to loose weight quickly, I found that it was just not sustainable for me: to me it's not realistic to avoid carbs altogether all the time. I also did not feel my best (energy & mood) while on keto. *Just my experience, I know it works wonders for some.

    * I love that you approach your journey and try things together as a family.

    Feeling super burnt out this week. It has been a hard week, and I am feeling it. So thankful I have 2 days off this up coming weekend. Workouts are not as often as I wish they were, hopefully I will be getting them more in this week.

    Our MODS and fellow captains are so impressed with the stats from week 2 from everyone's hard work, that a challenge has risen!!!

    Let's work from now through Week 4 to lose a pound per person and see what we can do! Are you up for the challenge?!!!
