    Started out the beginning of the week documenting 3 out of 7. Played basketball once. Kind of hurt ankle and had anniversary party meal, Went to on of those Japanese hibachi steak houses the chef loss vegetables I caught them in my mouth. Lol Plus ate filet mignon. I rarely ( only a few times a year) eat red meat.

    I had a dream once the animals were around a board room table asking me not to eat them. Lol so with my dad died early of arteries clogged I don’t eat them.

    I plan on resting a week or two before softball season but will stay consistent and document and drop some weight.

    Our flowers started sprouting up so we spent 3 or 4 hours yesterday de-weeding and planting and getting our vegetables seeds started. Was quite beautiful out. Boy was I tired at the end of the end.

    Not too shabby in caloric deficit but I had too much "fat" 😭 It's ok... I will still work on it.

    It has been so beautiful outside, here in VA, and I've been taking walks with my dog. So refreshing!! Spring has sprung!!

    Praise'm Praise'm Happy Monday 😊
    First good workout in a few days. This new anxiety medication had me in a zombie mode had to stop taking it on Friday but it was still in my system so was out of it all weekend including this morning 😬😬😫😫 but as soon as the lightheadedness went away I put on my workout clothes, filled up my gallon water container and got busy so right now I feel great. Hope everyone else is doing okay today.

    I woke with a bad migraine. So I did not exercise. And yesterday was my anniversary so I enjoyed a little left over birthday cake (my sons birthdays was the 19th). 😁. Today is a new day. Lol.
