    I got outdoors and walked on Monday and Tuesday; the weather was GORGEOUS!
    Wednesday was cloudy and rainy, but I chose to get out in it and walk up some really steep hills. I went to failure in my quads and glutes, rested, changed directions and finished strong. What a victory!!
    I've been doing some Zumba and dance cardio workouts just to jam out and have fun.


    Scoliosis, Degenerative Disk Disease and Sway Back:
    I received some injections of cortisone in my upper back and neck yesterday and found out I have an abnormality in my spinal cord based off an MRI and brain scan I had to have done. I have decided to attempt another round of physical therapy, chiropractic treatment and sport massage vs. surgery at this time. MS has been ruled out for the time being, but my shoulders are being affected and they say my arms and hands are next.

    I REFUSE TO GIVE UP OR GIVE IN!!! WE ARE WARRIORS.

    Woooh!! My students and I worked hard in PE today. No injuries 💪🏾Thank you, Lord!

    Tracked: for sure
    Calories: way under; I fasted until late afternoon
    Exercise: Tabata in the morning and taught 5 heavy PE classes today; the kids had that Fri-Yay energy😃

    I'm praying for some beautiful weather this weekend 🌞

    Exercise: Yes, mowed most of the main lawn after work for first time this year. I have a battery powered mower, lasted 54 minutes. Was late enough that had no motivation to finish once the battery was recharged. Atleast the front is done!
