I am doing a prayer and fasting for strongholds some of my church families are working through with their kiddos. My calories are going to be very low, but I am activated with nrf2 and will be making sure I get the appropriate protein, greens and fruit. Lots of water and cabbage soup.
It's supposed to get HOT this week, here in VA and I'M READY!!!! BRING ON THE HEAT!!! I'm ready to take the top and doors off of my Jeep. HAHA!!4 -
