I've been overwhelmed prepping for my wedding on 4/30, coaching clients and working on 4th quarter lesson plans and grades but I'm here🙌🏾

STRUGGLES: Resisting sugary snacks at Bible study groups and church events 😣
PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS: significant back issues as a result of scoliosis, herniated disks and degenerative disk disease; physical therapy is a requirement

Today was a whole lot better than yesterday. (Thanks for the good thoughts Vicky) Meds helped the cramps more today, and had more energy. Good food and exercise day… still need to drink more water though.0 -

Goals/Comments: Since I've been struggling to maintain 13,000 steps daily went back to 10,000 steps. I also started getting 15mins of sunlight as a new program to not only get more sleep but ALSO STAY ALSEEP. Believe it or not it's working.
Sleep time: see the difference since adding Sunlight Wednesday:
P.S. finished my Dad's 4th Memorial PowerPoint Presentation today so hopefully I'll get back on my normal eating regimen. Already have my smoothies and meals prep for the week just got to stick with it🙏🏾🙏🏾🫂🫂🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️3 -
