    Exercise: Did PE with my students (5 classes)

    I am doing a prayer and fasting for strongholds some of my church families are working through with their kiddos. My calories are going to be very low, but I am activated with nrf2 and will be making sure I get the appropriate protein, greens and fruit. Lots of water and cabbage soup.

    It's supposed to get HOT this week, here in VA and I'M READY!!!! BRING ON THE HEAT!!! I'm ready to take the top and doors off of my Jeep. HAHA!!

    Exercise - I did a walking/dance workout holding 1lb dumbbells and did some incline-15 (3mph) walks on the treadmill

    I had a crazy week with my weight. I gained 5 lbs in 2 days. I have lost 3 but still more than what I started with.

    We drove from NC to NY to visit family for the Easter Holiday. 10 hours in the car, not too bad.
