Under Calories: No, with exercise calories was only over by 30. Cleaning out the freezer and came across ice cream, I couldn’t resist having some tonight even though I had a higher calorie healthy snack after my walk.

    Day 8
    (WARNING TRIGGER POST)
Was feeling a little better today although did not complete my Steps goal or drink enough water cause after completing my workout I started feeling sick don't know what's up but I refuse to feel guilty; all I can do is what I can within my limitations.
    g94cyzdr49bi.png

On another note I have started working on our Ancestry tree as I am working on a PowerPoint presentation project for my Dad's memorial next weekend and had a great idea to research His Lifestory to include and boy is this a lot of work but in the long run it'll be good to know our heritage.
[Trigger]Mentally this is taxing as I am a child of sexual abuse so it's bringing up some deep emotions which is the reasoning for my weight gain but determined to face these anxiety issues head on so I can overcome them and not continue to bury my feelings in food.

A little humor to end this emotional post I finally figured out why my right ankle been bothering me (wait for it) my doggies. Yep, apparently the like grabbing/laying my foot while I'm trying to workout so the extra pressure is too much🤣🤣🤣🤣0if7sqjgyj22.jpg

    Hugs.
You are awesome with your positive attitude and vibes!

    Weigh-in day: Thursday
    April Week 1
    PW: 475.2lbs
    CW: 480.1lbs

Goals/Comments: I am sad that I gained 😢 but it wasn't a surprise as this has been an emotional week plus with the new Anxiety meds which I did not know had a side affect of weight gain (my face tells it all) so stopped the medication 3 days ago and started a lot of mindfulness techniques instead (loving the premium feature on my FITBIT APP).
I REFUSE TO BEAT MYSELF UP

Yes I am still going to have my Self-care date night for myself; plus started including my niece in it as well. I just need to do better next week.
Sorry for bringing the team down.
On a good note my project should be finished by this weekend.

Had a good day. 4 workouts done in total. Started implementing 15 minutes of sunlight so decided to try walking back and forth; only could do 2 minutes and break and another 2mins. Eventually I'll be able to walk the whole 15 minutes without oxygen instead of sitting down for the remainder of the time. Baby steps; you gotta crawl, before you walk.

Also working a program with FITBIT PREMIUM to get more sleep si no eating after 8:45pm either which is not really an issue since I do intermittent fasting. Tuesday I go 7hrs and Yesterday I got 6hrs big change from 4hr. Making progress.

Exercise: Yes, mowed lawn with walking lawn mower, 108 minutes total. With other random work outside and inside, I ended the day with 15,000 steps. Since I knew I was going to be pretty active today, I made a toasted cheese “pizza” sandwich with big slices of garlic sourdough. I have not made one since I started being healthier in May and had never added up the calories before… 753. Definitely a once in a while thing but was a nice splurge.

Work sucked and I felt yuck today. Cramps were ouch. Tried and failed multiple times to talk myself into going for a walk or using my weights. Eventually embraced the lazy day. Positive side, I stayed under my calorie goal and had pretty healthy meals/snacks

very active day for you, good! Sometimes you have to treat yourself. I know the “sometimes” is where I can get in trouble. But I’m getting better.

Exercise - I started to -took the dog for a walk. he went to squat on a grassy hill. So I went to start down the hill so I can pick up after him and I guess the grass was wet so my feet slipped out from under me and I fell and slid down the hill. I’m a little bruised up but I’ll be ok. Good thing I have lots of cushion on my back side 🤪

    👋🏽 Hey everyone!!
I just found out about winning the March challenge and shared it with my students! Yay!! My upperclassmen are joining me in an extended challenge for April😃

I've been overwhelmed prepping for my wedding on 4/30, coaching clients and working on 4th quarter lesson plans and grades but I'm here🙌🏾

    SW: 159.7
    CW: 159.2
CALORIES: Under goal of 1400 (macros leading with protein and fruit as the carbs)
EXERCISE: Hybrid Training (swimming, dancing, light weights, elliptical and treadmill at 2.5mph on incline 15)

PERSONAL/SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT: Daily (1 hour in the morning, 1 hour before bed)❣️

STRUGGLES: Resisting sugary snacks at Bible study groups and church events 😣

PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS: significant back issues as a result of scoliosis, herniated disks and degenerative disk disease; physical therapy is a requirement

    Have a fantastic day 🧡
