Hi Everyone, I'm Megan and I am new to the group as of May 1st. As a result of being more sedentary these past few years (desk job, pandemic), I've put on a few more pounds than I'd like to admit. Looking forward to being more consistent with tracking, sticking to calorie goals and regular exercise. Really hope the accountability that this group provides will help me stay the course. I literally woke up with indigestion and now it’s 10:30a and I still feel full and bloated☹️ Seems like a good day for a water fast! Honestly, I should be able to skip multiple days of eating considering the mountain of food I’ve been consuming the past two days!

Hi everyone! I am new to the group. I wasn't even sure I was placed on this team, but I saw a weigh-in reminder; so here I go. My weigh-in days are Sundays and I started on May 1, 2022.
