@paulerdmann1 Just want to make sure on your weigh in because I'm seeing many different weights from your registration and even this report. I have a 345 as beginning, 316 at registration and now I'm confused as to where the 306.8 comes into play when CW is 303.4. Can you tell me which of these weights is the closest to a week ago? I've filled in today as 303.4. Appreciate your help. Great loss in ANY case!

So I'm encountering a new challenge. I went for my normal midday walk. My heart rate was jumping up as high as 179 bpm during a normal 3 mph walk. It appears I am having issues with an irregular heartbeat. My smartwatch monitors it and it was showing an atrial fibrillation. I'm just trying to relax the rest of the day. I already have a doctor's appointment next month, so I may unfortunately be starting a medication6

@jaxgrimm hope you get that sorted soon.Wanted to ask you "What is tubing??? "1 -
@izzyred9400 Thanks. Tubing is basically getting in an inflatable inner tube and floating down a stream.1

The F2F Weekly Challenge has another good suggestion today. It motivated me to change my meal plans a bit today so lunch and dinner will be healthier for me! In case you want to participate, I’m posting it here along with the link to the conversation.
Friday Challenge
We all know how important fruits and veggies are to our health. It's also great to eat a wide variety for the different nutritional benefits they provide.
For Friday, I challenge you all to eat a minimum of 5 different fruits and veggies. At the end of the day, post all the different ones you ate. Let's see what interesting and different items we can consume!
You can join the conversation here:

That's great, having a tidy office sounds very important for productivity! I hope you can figure out how to be in a more comfortable area of your maintenance target, though I think you are still doing a great job.1 -

Another crazy day of cleaning. It was really exhausting but I got everything done; last thing was the bathroom I finished at 20:30, pfew! I would normally have more time/energy, but because I added in the entire shed it was a little more difficult to get everything done. I got new bird food delivered, so I also cleaned all the feeders and set it up nicely in the front yard. There were also two new toys for Tinus in the box and he really liked both of them. I already don't remember exactly what I did anymore, lol, but I think 'a lot of cleaning' covers it well enough.
May 5 - Thursday
Steps: 24.154
The day started of pretty traumatic. I was walking Tinus outside and we stopped to watch two squirrels play/chase eachother. It was the only tree on that side of the road with quite the gap between the closest tree. Eventually squirrel 1 decided to try for the jump over and he safely made it to the next tree. Squirrel 2 wasn't so lucky and he basically fell down over 15 meters and landed on the grass with a thud. I am not very familiar with squirrels, so seeing this freaked me out big time and I was convinced it had broken bones at the very least and was suffering. I quickly took Tinus inside and went out again alone to try to find it to see if it was okay. I later learned that squirrels are apparently invincible and they don't really get hurt by falling out of trees. They can spread out their arms and legs and slow down their fall enough to remain perfectly fine, despite a big drop. Too bad I only learned that after I had spent 30 minutes crying over the 'poor' squirrel...
Around midday my mom arrived and we took the bus into town for some shopping. I wanted some new leggings and two sunscreens to put up to keep the heat out of my living room. We were done pretty fast with that and we sat down with an icecream before taking the bus home again. I don't handle heat and sun well at all and it was around 19 degrees, which for me is already too warm, so I wasn't feeling great when we got home. I took 2 paracetamol before my mom arrived, and I took 3 more after we got home from shopping. I kept feeling worse though, and it ended up turning into a migraine, again!!! I got one of my moms pills, but it was a bit slow to kick in. I eventually managed to eat some food when the naussea got a bit less which helped. While I still wasn't feeling a 100%, we decided to go for my usual evening walk anyway. Thankfully I kept feeling better and better, so the walk went fine. Normally it takes about 65 minutes, but my mom wants to take pictures of everything so we were out for over 2 hours. No complaints from me though; we had fun. After relaxing on the couch for a while, we headed to bed early to get ready for our next adventure in the morning. More on that tomorrow! Pictures from the evening walk are under the spoiler as usual.
Happy Friday everyone5 -

Started of our evening walk with calm cloudy weather, but really warm with this time of year. On the last half of walk home it started to rain lightly which was kinda refreshing. My Daughter says she loves the smell of fresh rain.
We got home just in time as the rain was picking up and the sky opened up! If we were just a minute later, we would of been soaked
I really love these walks to wind down the crazy of the day, and try to change to a healthier life style. A couple of months ago I would get home from work, change, turn on TV, sit on couch and do nothing till bedtime.2 -

The best place to start would be the beginning. At my heaviest in 2018 I was 345. I lost 100 lbs in 2019. During the pandemic I gained most of that back hitting 320 as my new highest. I weighed myself at registration at 316 but changed to weighing myself in the morning when I first wake up. So, at registration I was 316 after a day of drinking water and eating food. Last Thursday I was 306.8 in the morning after I woke up and yesterday I was 303.4 in the morning when I woke up. That is why there is such a large difference in my weigh-ins. I hope that clears it up.
And thank you! I am working really hard to drop the weight again and I appreciate the support.2 -

Your experience parallels mine somewhat. We share a goal of 220 pounds, as well as similar heaviest weights.
In January 2015, I was at 320 and I began swimming daily. I got down to 270 before I had a problem with anemia. That was the end of that. I gained it all back and then some, so in July 2020, I started once again, this time at 330. I set a goal to lose 100 pounds in one year, and had it not been for a medical problem in Spring 2021, I might have made it. I did manage to lose ~90 pounds by July 2021, and last December finally got below 230. Since then, I have seen my weight fluctuate in the 220's.
I actually think I should be able to get to 210, but for now, I'm just trying to hit 220.
In any case, since you've lost 100 lbs before, you know it can be done, so keep at it and you'll do it again. Who knows, at the rate I'm going, you might beat me to 220! 😄2 -

Weight has been trending downwards but of course it blipped back up today. Still, it’s a loss over last week so no complaints here. Still dealing with foot issues but today I tried going for a walk after maybe 6? weeks off. I made it about 2/3 of a mile and I felt like I needed to stop there. But glad I made it that far. So I’m going to go slow and not push myself. Next weekend we are headed to the beach so I’m hoping to get some good walks in the sand there.3
