I’ve been feeling more tired than usual. I think it may be Post viral fatigue after having Covid in March. I am trying to start back with light exercise.

Despite having the best intention on saturday we ended up at my favourite Italian place, 2 bottles of wine on our table later and the whole weekend went out the door. It was also my sons 3rd birthday on Monday so took it as it was and I'm sure this weekend will follow suit being my birthday 🥴. As long as I keep tracking at hitting my goals during the week it should be okay because I still managed to drop half a pound this week!

Might struggle to hit those steps today! I had to actually wake my child up this morning which resulted in a total mum panic and we ended up at the Dr's. He's absolutely fine I've just never had to wake him up, he's normally trying to drag me out of bed at 5am we missed this morning walk and to be honest the weather is horrendous, even for the uk.2 -

I won't go into the details of my totally bizarre day yesterday but it's safe to say this week is a right-off. I'm very much a routine sort of person so when it goes wrong my wee little brain can't cope. It's also my birthday today so I think it's time to call it and start fresh Monday!
Hopeful I can still make some sensible decisions, albeit not too restrictive - got a live a little too!
