I was super chuffed to see that on the scale! I think knowing I had to weigh myself today clearly helped me make some better choices (even after birthday cocktail 🤫). I know there's a lot of controversy over this topic but this new law about putting calories on menus has been a godsend, so many perceived healthy choices have more calories than I would of though possible! Hoping next week I will be back in the 160's!
I've also tried to maintain a activity levels which isn't too hard when hosting a 3 year olds birthday, so hoping to keep it up. I'm sure it will get easier with the weather improving!

Reading everyone’s posts here really encourages me to try every day. I feel like I’ve fixed the damage I’ve done in week 2. At least the scale has been reflecting a 4lb dip for the last two days, so I’m hopeful! It seems everything is riding on the choices I make today. We’ll have to see how it goes…I have dinner plans at my dads house and it’ll depend on what he makes and if there’s dessert! (Please don’t be pie-Please don’t be pie!)1 - Tracked / Under / Exercise?
