We are all a work in progress, and don't worry about a "ruined" day, we all have those. I just say it is my body rebelling and testing me... you are so strong not to just throw in the towel, today is a new day!1 -

I actually saw the scale dip to 173.0 this week, but it settled on 174.4 for my official weigh-in... a loss is a loss, so I will take it! My goal this week is to start getting back in here and "posting" daily, instead of just "lurking".1 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Yesterday, my boss called early before my walk, needed some reports in pre for an early meeting today. I actually got my walk in first, rather than skipping it, something I would normally do. This is progress for me, trying to keep some balance. This just meant that dinner would be a bit later than originally planned, still happy with my decision.2 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Yesterday was mostly a good day, however by the end of my day was feeling pretty sad. I have a longtime best friend that is struggling bigtime with cancer, and my oldest brother has to go into rehab to help with his healing journey. He had major foot surgery to remove cancer, and he can't walk due to too much pain in his knees. I feel helpless, not being able to help either one. All I can do is be there for moral support. I also need to stay on my own journey to improving my own health.1 -
