    Goals/Day/Comments: Keeping a low carb, 16/8 intermittent fast diet, and still feeling good. I'll continue for 2 months strict to lose enough weight, afterwards I'll do just 2-3 days per week.

    I’m like this with confetti..flavored..anything. It’s too tempting to have around. Every now and then I buy those confetti flavored pop tarts and I tell myself I get them for my daughter.. but the thing is that she never asks for them! I buy them.. then all of a sudden the box is empty.

    Exercise: Yes, 40 min AM walk, 10,126 steps. Made my 10k step goal by doing some house stepping.

    Goals/Day/Comments: The day was better overall, with the nice morning walk and better snacking choices.

    Sounds like great choices to counter the margaritas! I make my own home version with TQ & fresh lime juice, topped with club soda... no sugar added. Not as decadent, but still good. o:)

    No real recipe, just the TQ, fresh lime juice & club soda... the ratios are up to you! I like a lot of lime in mine!

    Weigh in day is Monday, but I was 1,000 miles from home on that day. Using today's weight, which isn't as bad as I expected. Vacations are great, but sure feels good to be home!!

    Goals/Day/Comments: My walk today was an early morning hike at the Presidio in San Francisco. This was after a delicious dessert sourdough Belgian waffle at Boudin Bakery and Cafe at Fisherman's Wharf, and before an afternoon lunch of cheeseburger and cajun fries at Five Guys. 😋
    I won't have lost any weight today, but sometimes you just gotta enjoy life. 😇😊
