Hi from beautiful Newfoundland. Great job to those who have lost weight this week. Our vacation fun has come to a grinding halt. Covid decided to pay us a visit. All I can say is so far it’s much easier than the first time I had it. We are unable to stay with my dad or father-in-law as they have small places. So we are isolating in my moms basement. Covid sucks!4

Rode my exercise bike today for my first actual workout post Covid other than walking. Went very well. Playing baseball tomorrow although mother nature might have other plans. If that's the case then I'm gonna swim laps. So glad to be back. And I was able to keep my diet in check. I lost a ton of weight last week cause I wasn't eating so I'm just hoping to maintain this week and get back to losing next week.2

Exercise - walk this morning. 2 hr 6 min. Cut it short to give daughter driving lesson. Walked around the mall after the lesson.2 -

Tough week this week. Last working week before vacation is always tough, but the next two weeks I have vacation
Not sure how many steps I'll get in the next three days, as there will be a lot of driving. But I'll do my best to get some steps in between.
I do need to figure out though how not to eat the wrong things during that time of month

I FINALLY saw a lost this week! I’m so excited. I had some good step days this week, but otherwise, I stayed the course with my strength training and a little cardio sprinkled in.
This coming week I’ll continue to focus on improving my eating habits and sticking to my daily steps goal.
