I was down this week with COVID, so my weight lost was not a healthy one and I haven’t had the energy to get my steps in. I’m hopeful to continue to get better and back on my feet this coming week.

Here is my friendly Sunday reminder of the people's steps I need for July week 4 ... Please have your steps in no later than Tuesday Evening 7/26/22 ...If I do not have them in by then I will have no choice but to zero them out ...Thanks for your cooperation and understanding

Last night we had a freaky accident near our house...It involved 2 cars... it took out the fire hydrate...the stop sign and my neighbors windmill... we had lots of water on our street ..it took a long time for them to get the water to turn off ... the other car hit my neighbors house ....it was awful .. I hope the people involved in the accident are okay ...freaking scary... our house shook when they crashed ..we all went running outside4

My weight hasn’t changed and I don’t have my steps from last week, so I’m just going to skip that part for today. I should have them from here on out, though, because I start back at work tomorrow.
