My plan for this month has gotten so derailed. Tracking went out the window fast along with any exercise attempt. Thankfully I got my cyst drained at the end of last week and it is now just a minor ouch now and then. Have to deal with wound care a bit more, and then just hope it doesn’t come back.
I appreciate you guys sharing your struggles. While it sucks you guys have to deal with health issues and injuries it’s nice to know I am not alone in the struggle. Gloria, Vickie I especially admire your guys endurance in dealing with your chronic conditions!

Goals/ Comments: Hey I did it.. Yay me!! Just completed days straight of water detox yesterdaybut continued to this morning since I don't eat late. My cough and dizziness is gone.. Have increased energy and stamina exercising again: increase my step goal from 5000 last week to 6500 this week with going from 3 day to 5 day workout and BP and Glucose has lowered. So despite my doctors not agreeing to this I am feeling sooooooo much better.
Since I have respiratory issues with 5 lung diseases I think instead of going long haul going forward I'll do a 4-5 water detox to start off the month that way any toxicity that is inhibiting my lungs can be dealt with before I suffer 4-5 long long months with no end in sight.

This has been a rollercoaster of a summer. I went into May at 201.5, then my dad passed away, son’s graduation and ending with a couple of week-long, party-atmosphere vacations and found myself at the end of July back up to 221.5. I stopped exercising, my tracking was inconsistent and dishonest and after six months sober, started drinking again. My emotions and environment were stronger than drive and motivation.
I’m back to making strides in the right direction. But, I’ve proven to myself that bumps in the road veer me off course. I let myself down a little (as well as my team)
But, I’m happy to be back in the right place mentally.5 -

I’m sorry for the loss of your dad. It can be so tough. I lost my dad 3 years ago. Hang in there. Hugs
