    I’m sorry for the loss of your dad. It can be so tough. I lost my dad 3 years ago. Hang in there. Hugs

    So sorry about your loss. Sounds like a rough month. It gets overwhelming to deal with everything at once and to stay on track. Happens to all of us. Take it one day at a time. Super glad to hear you are up and about again! You got this!

    You are human. Losing a loved one is a process in grieving. You will shine through this as you find a way to a healthier and happy self.
