Sorry I haven't been posting. My kids go to school starting Tuesday and I've been rushing to get everything settled at home before they go back so I haven't had a lot of time for MFP. I've been using the little free time I have to get in some workouts.3

Calories: over I’m sure

Wow! My lazy week last week was followed by a completely lazy weekend. My college aged daughter came into town and we did some shopping each day but other than that it was nothing but eating and sitting on my butt watching TV. Very disappointed with myself because it’s not how I wanted to start September. Going to see what I can do to get back on track this week. I did meal prep yesterday and got up this morning (Tuesday) and exercised a little.
@pauletzl Thank you for the photos you’ve been posting. I have a bulletin board in front of my elliptical with index cards that have goals or inspirational quotes on them. You’ve given me some to add!1
