@pauletzl Thank you for the photos you’ve been posting. I have a bulletin board in front of my elliptical with index cards that have goals or inspirational quotes on them. You’ve given me some to add!
Hi Pam, I was curious about the motivational notes you have above your treadmill, do you mind sharing a picture? My treadmill is in my bedroom and it could use some sprucing up in its little corner.
@pauletzl I did figure out a trick to posting pictures in the MFP Community with iPhone.
You have to log in to the MFP Community via your internet browser (safari) and load it up that way. *another tip: I always leave a safari tab(or two) open in the background of my phone with the Community page I frequent the most, ie.THIS Belly Flats page😉 and my teams thread are the two tabs I have open. Funny how it never logs you out or messes up what your drafting like the app does on occasion. So for that reason I use the app for all non-community activities like logging food and weight, and them of course Safari for Community things and posting pictures.
Hope this helps you!2 -

Exercise: Yes (🧘♂️35 min; 🤽♂️46 min; 🚶♂️2.5 mi/50 min; 👣10,700 steps)
Goals/Day/Comments: It's very hot here. Got a late start this morning so only got in a 2-mile walk. So just now, I hopped on my treadmill and jogged a half mile. I've not used my treadmill much, and the times I have, I've only walked. But my 5k training program is getting me some results. I think I might use the treadmill more now, and try some more challenging run/walk scenarios.2 -

@Krysless2
It’s actually goals and inspiration to remind me why I get up at 4:20 every morning. It’s definitely a work in progress. My health is the main reason I am trying to lose weight.

Comments: Another day of eating over calorie goal. I’m not sure why I can’t get back into the mode of sticking to my plan for the week. It’s so much “easier” to get take out rather than cooking but it’s also stupid because I really enjoy cooking.1 -

@pkg1998
No sorry needed... you are still posting and keeping track. Just keep it going, and as the saying goes, "Just Fake It Until You Make It"!
Motivation is not necessary, just do the basics:
Journal, Exercise, try not to go over your calorie goal. If you do go over your goal, realize it's just one day, and is now in the past, focus on your future healthy self!
