    Hi Team,

    Apologies for the delay.

Start of the week went well until midweek with outings and the bloating that came along. I thought

Saturday and Sunday I had binge episodes at night.

    Cw: 247.8

    Weigh in day: Sunday
    28Haveitall

Hoping by this Sunday I get back to pw to the least.

    Happy new week.x

Low key weekend - Not too much time to watch football and baseball this weekend as we replaced some bushes and planted some new ones and started to clean out the basement storage section. My wife's parents are struggling to let go of things they don't need any longer - mind you we're talking about things like encyclopedia sets, old clothing that no longer fits, lots of little nick knacks. That inspired me to donate, give away, sell or otherwise trash things we no longer need or want. Anyway - not too much focused exercise this weekend hence no meaningful drop.

It can be disappointing when you do everything 'right' and you don’t get the results you want. But you know this is about being patient. Look how far you've come!
Focus on non-scale victories. Are your clothes getting looser? Are you able to control what you eat? Are you feeling better!?
If yes, then you're still progressing and the scales will start moving again soon!!

I sure do hope so 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 This upwards trend has got me down in the dumps.

Sounds like you started some new workouts. Maybe this is causing some water weight. How are you enjoying the karate? You are going with your son?

I’m never quite sure if my workouts are doing anything at all. My trainer has me doing so much less than I was doing on my own. Much higher on weights but not much calorie burns at all during my sessions. My burn dropped from 800-900 cals burned a session to 250-300. This is each with cardio and strength.

Karate I’ve just started and it’s very good but I have 2 sessions mostly slow karate techniques so it’s not really much of a calorie burn and the 3rd session is more intense with some stronger karate moves. Less focused on breathing and technique and more focus on the pow 💥. My youngest is doing it with the kids and my 2 older ones are wanting to do the one karate session with me so it’s cool that we will have a day where we can do something together.

I’ve gone up on weight with this new workout at the gym and I’m very very unhappy with it. I think I’m gonna just tell him that I don’t want to do his program. He’s seems so confident with his program but the scale is showing me it’s not working. 😞

    Good evening everybody!

    PW: 165.4
    CW: 166.4

Today’s my birthday - this weekend has been a bit indulgent. I’ll get back on track.
I’ve also done a ton of walking at work because we’re doing dissections, which requires me to be in a million places at once making sure students don’t hurt themselves…one more reason I love dissections: it’s good for my fitness lol

This week will also be busy because we have round 2 of dissections, but I doubt it will be as busy.
I hope everyone has a good week!

    Happy belated birthday!
