Camping was pretty fun, save for not sleeping much. I somehow agreed to go two nights next time. Had fastfood 4 times in those two days and snacks galore. My stomach was not happy with me when I got home… I had healthy foods for me to eat too but each time my friend went to the drive through I couldn't resist. (More like didn't want to resist)
Have made a couple quick breads too. My favorite is now a Banana Carrot Zucchini bread. Dangerous recipe to have.
On the plus side, I have been logging most of the time now and it's been cool enough I've been able to go on a couple walks and am looking forward to having that as a regular habit again.
I've gained 5lbs this month and really need to stop this in it's tracks. Looking back I can see how not exercising as much the last couple months has had an effect on my mental health and healthy habits. Yes part of it was my cyst, and yes it was hot, but could have done more ring fit or something in my room with the ac2 -
