@lindamtuck2018 I totally missed weigh in last Saturday. September has been a really busy month - lots of friends and family visiting, travel, concerts, fiestas, etc! I'll be on time next Saturday!

A side note, while I have been active at the gym my steps have totally faltered since completing my half marathon. I think getting those steps in are key for me but I haven't figured out how to do that plus classes at the gym. I need to get up earlier I think. Working from home makes me kind of a slug... Rolling out of bed right before 8 am LOL.

Thats great insight. Also, it’s not unusual to have a very small loss after a big loss the previous week. Give it the rest of the week and you will see movement by Monday.

One thing I used to do when I worked was take a walk on lunchtime. Maybe you can set part of your lunch break for a walk. Not sure how long you get.

Welcome to the team. There are no set rules except for reporting weight. I encourage you to set goals for the month and share how you are doing with them. Some people will check in daily. You do what works for you. Good luck with the October challenge.

    Weigh in format:

Some people tag me (@lindamtuck2018) with their weigh in but that’s optional.

    Have a great month!

    Anyone have a bingo yet!

    Week 4 Downsizers Bingo

Have fun with the bingo! Cardio squares can not be combined. Some squares require several days to complete. It starts tomorrow, September 25th.

I am about to go to the pool. This is my third day in a row. I had great workouts on Monday and Tuesday. Between strength training exercises, aquafit exercises and laps I did about an hour each day. I then did some stretching. I have completed my diary the last three days. I do have a line with the bingo challenge and will post it after I get back.

My NSV: exercising three days in a row

How to avoid the munchies: distract yourself with a book or a craft. I also use visualization.

Exercise - pickleball. Only played about 30 minutes and sat waiting for my turn for about an hour. To hot for walking and gas has gone up .80/ gal since Friday so cutting back on how far we drive.

Had a fail but also a success. I ate junk food, Hawkins Cheezzies and a few mini halloween chocolate bars 😡 that’s the fail but, in the past I would then stop counting the calories and just forget about the day. This time I counted all the calories, accepted it, thought about why and how I could change it for next time. Progress!!

I am changing my weigh day to Monday.

I would like to join the step challenge too if possible.

I find my fitness pal and my Apple Watch/health app don’t always sync properly, anyone else??
