    Thanks pain is unbearable at times ... not feeling down just tired of laying around and I miss our walks really really really bad ...I have been doing bed exercises so it is something at least

    Calories - 2500. Bit to much snacking tonight. Not as bad as it normally has been.
    Exercise - pickleball for 2 hrs, gym with 8 machines.

    Good evening all. Hope you are enjoying fall weather this weekend.
    Check in for 10/15:
    Steps - lots of walking but wasn't wearing my watch. It was charging while I was out.
    Calories - 2838. Ouchie. Snacking after dinner.
    Exercise - none. Shopped for about 6 hours.

    It actually rained today. Woohoo.
