Do you want me to move you to the goal zone? You should continue to weigh in here and everything, but any fluctuations in your weight will not affect the team. All you'd need to do is define a range of weights you'd like to stay between.
I should move to the goal zone. I am SO close and trying to stay there. The range should be 141 to 147 I guess. This is definitely not the best way to get to goal, sure has not been fun. Losing my appetite and food not tasting good is discouraging.3 -

This is the first time I have ever finished a whole thing of lettuce. I have been having salads every day. I also made a homemade maple dressing to go with it. I had this dressing when I was on vacation in Canada and loved it so I got the recipe from a family member.5

As we move into a holiday week, I want to make sure I say a couple things:- Enjoying your Thanksgiving meal to its fullest WILL NOT be an indication of weakness - progress is not dependent on a single meal, but the average impact of all of them
- If you would like to weigh in early/late, or be excused this week, please let us know! I know I will be weighing in on Thursday morning rather than Friday, because I know that the scale on Friday morning will not be kind or accurate
- Water retention can come from a plethora of places: sugar, salt, nutritional deficiency, digestion, muscle repair and growth, hormones, stress, illness, dehydration... you get it. Holidays are often filled with most, if not all, of the above and lead to emotional distress, and it's typically our emotions, not our willpower, that lead to our downfalls
- The average adult gains around a pound during the holiday season. Just a pound. You know how to lose a pound
- Grant yourself some grace, you're doing better than you think
