Just got back from the supermarket. I feel like I'm there 3 times a week. I decided I'm getting tired of bagels everyday for breakfast. Just bought some different options, now hoping I stick to them. With the time change I'm finding I'm awake at 4 most mornings so I might try getting up to workout. It's just hard because it's cold, dark and I know everyone is still asleep so I always want to just stay in bed. But I might give it a try again, I always felt like it worked out pretty well once I got going.5

Thank you I have been pasting steps as my watch shows, going forward should I post Sun - Sat as opposed to how I do Mon - Sun now? Or does it not matter?

You're welcome to continue posting Monday to Sunday if you'd like - it all gets recorded no matter what. Just keep in mind that your Sunday steps won't be included until a week and a half later.1 -

Do you want me to move you to the goal zone? You should continue to weigh in here and everything, but any fluctuations in your weight will not affect the team. All you'd need to do is define a range of weights you'd like to stay between.0 -

The scale was nice to me this morning. Maybe because I have stopped eating bagels every day and have added in more salad, fruit and veggies. Also stopped with most snacks. Hopefully it keeps going down.8
