    Thank you :) I have been pasting steps as my watch shows, going forward should I post Sun - Sat as opposed to how I do Mon - Sun now? Or does it not matter?

    You're welcome to continue posting Monday to Sunday if you'd like - it all gets recorded no matter what. Just keep in mind that your Sunday steps won't be included until a week and a half later.

    The doctor was concerned that I have been losing weight so I am trying hard to gain just a little or at least maintain. I had set my goal weight at 145ish and met that a couple weeks ago.

    Do you want me to move you to the goal zone? You should continue to weigh in here and everything, but any fluctuations in your weight will not affect the team. All you'd need to do is define a range of weights you'd like to stay between.
