I just realized that I may have forgotten to check in last week. It's been a busy and sad 2 week for me. One of my closest friends died yesterday after suffering from stage 4 lung cancer for 3 1/2 years. I also realized that I don't feel like eating a lot when I'm sad.2 -

Definitely time for a mental reset. I have been on a mountain climb since vacation. I know the last quarter of the year is always a struggle for me with bdays and holidays. I am not sleeping right, eating right or even getting exeecise in. No one to blame but myself. Working on a mental plan and hope to jump back on track.3 -
