Sorry Team, but I was expecting not loosing any weight this week. My last 2 weeks I lost 5 LBs each week and I expected my body to adjust this week. Even if I don't loose any weight next week I will still be happy with a 10 LB loss for the month of January. My goal is to loose 1 LB a week and hopefully keep it off. I will continue to eat well and exercise and see what happens next week.2 -

Down 14.2 pounds from my highest weight in 2016.
I was very concerned that I would be posting a gain this week since I lost 1.5 pounds for the previous week's weigh in and I don't usually lose that much weight in 1 week and a lot of that loss was because I wasn't able to eat very much due to a new health problem so I had a feeling I would gain some of it back.
When I weighed myself yesterday/Friday to prepare myself for what my Saturday weigh in might be, I was up 0.9 pounds so I went for an extra long walk (1 hour and 18 minutes which is the longest I have been able to do in a very long time because of all my health problems) and I tried to better control what I ate yesterday in hopes of achieving a maintain.
Since I wake up and get up and go back to bed numerous times in the morning these days due to my health problems, I ended up weighing myself all 3 times when I got up and I will admit that the first 2 times I got up and weighed myself I did have a gain but thankfully when I got up for good and weighed myself for my official weigh in I was down. PHEW!
My goal for our next weigh in is to maintain the 2.3 pounds I've lost since starting this challenge 3 weeks ago.3 -

Not a great week but Iβll take the loss. Need to find a way and get the intense workouts like I have in the past. Weather could be a major contributor. At least my Wii has stopped calling me obese.3 -

Weight has pretty much stayed 229 throughout Jan while I've been on vacation, It's been rough without the scale but I still kept an eye on my calories and measurements. I'm back home now, the dietician said a stall was expected and they can last 2-6 weeks! but it's dropped! Finally!!! Looking forward to reaching under 199 lbs this year4 -

Super happy about achieving a loss this week as on Thursday morning my weight was up 1 pound from my last weigh in so I really tried to buckle down on Thursday and Friday with my eating and ensured I did a good amount of walking and doing both of those things really paid off!
Hardest part was resisting ice cream on Thursday and Friday as someone gave me an entire container on Thursday after I had a rough day Wednesday dealing with my never ending list of health problems.
Down 14.7 pounds from my highest weight in 2016.
Lost weight 4 weeks in a row! (Down 0.3 pounds then 1.5 pounds then 0.5 pounds then 0.5 pounds.)
Down 2.8 pounds since joining this challenge!
