Ok, I am tired, cranky and anxious. Tooth kept me awake a good bit last night. I am seeing the dentist this afternoon so that’s why I am anxious. It’s funny I haven’t ate much the last few days and my weight is up. Yesterday, my calorie total was 850 and I didn’t eat all of that. Weird!
It's the mystery of weight loss! Your body trying to convince you it's not worth dieting,!! Don't listen, that scales will go down eventually!! Good luck with the dentist2 -

I really enjoyed the Progressive dinner on Saturday night and Super Bowl festivities …. A little too much I guess. I'm almost back to my starting weight (not good). Changes are needed.2 -

I've had the latest version of whatever cold/flu crud that's been going around here for about the last week. I hadn't been logging or exercising so even though everything looked bad, smelled bad and tasted bad the scale is up.
I feel a ton better today and the weather is nice so I can at least get out for a walk during lunch break.
....then get back to logging, work on some consistency and maintain motivation...
For the most part when I get a cold or flu I tend to gain. Glad your feeling better.0 -

To make a long story short, I am going to the dentist this afternoon. I have to take antibiotics an hour before any dentist appointment and of course I had none here. I am getting my injections this morning. Tomorrow I start the mindfulness training and I am excited.

When your mouth hurts everything feels out of whack (trust me, I'm currently wearing braces). I'm glad you were able to make it to the dentist and hopefully as the anxiety comes down, so will the weight. You got this, nothing is linear.0 -
