    @Megan_smartiepants1970 I am going to have to drop out of the step challenge until further notice. I had been flirting with a sore knee, and today's walk was the most painful one yet. I obviously need to rest it. This is just par for the course...every time I get on a fitness roll, the universe sends up a road block, to test just how serious I am about getting back into shape!

    Mystere Cirque de Soleil. I always wanted to see a Cirque de Soleil show. I hope your knee feels better soon. I had knee trouble, 2 meniscus tears surgery. I had the same knee replaced 6 years ago. I learned that rest was my friend. That and a ton of cortisone shots. Take care of it.

    - Eating only at Level 3: mostly -I had a salad for lunch, really wasn't at level 3 when I got home :(
    - Water (Goal 64 oz) : 48 ounces, another short day
    - Increased intensity while walking: yes

    - THOUGHTS: June on deck - new month - continued focus! Was hoping to see a lower number on the scale and definitely not one higher than last week... Bright side, at least it's an overall loss for the month.

    Good morning team. I am sure this gain won’t be long coming off. It didn’t help that we grabbed subs on the way home seeing our granddaughter all dressed up for her prom.

    Good morning. I got up early so I can go to the pool this morning before grocery shopping. I am still pretty sore from travelling. Usually, when I fly I have trouble with my leg but it’s definitely my back this time. I am not sure how much exercise I will get done but I will do stretching both in the pool and the hot tub. If my back allows me I will do some laps.

    I want to get my June badge on my Apple Watch. I have to do 5 walking workouts. I missed getting February and Aprils. I used to be excited to work on them each month so maybe if I aim to get them every month it will help with my exercise motivation.
