I’ve been having a rough week. I realized my mental health and attitude are so affected by wether I exercise or not. I’m in the middle of switching therapist so it’s been awhile and my husband said I notice since you’ve not gone there’s a little change. But I realized it’s more about me not exercising. I haven’t exercised in a over a week. I’m seeing a new therapist in a week (not this week coming up the week after). So hopefully that’s be good too. And I did get a short jog/walk with the dogs in today.

Praise'm Praise'm Happy Tuesday evening
I hope everyone had a productive day. I just finished eating my dinner that I meal prep last week. Utilizing the WW technique trying new foods 😋 very delish.
Also got in a 30 min workout this morning even though AC was out and legs are swollen. Food for thought: JUST BECAUSE OBSTACLES GET IN THE WAY IS NO REASON TO STOP find a different pathway.
So I couldn't do 50 min workout strength training but I did 30 min CAN'T STOP WON'T STOP but baby steps wins the race.

Happy Monday!
So last week Went okay although I gain 2.4lbs I had a lot of NSVs that I am very proud of. Continue making my 5 workouts in 5 days yay went as far as creating a different workout Playlist for everyday on YouTube with Tuesdays and Thursdays being my strength training days was going to push it to three days but so glad I didn't as started feeling the results on Friday afternoon so I'm good 🤣🤣🤣🤣 also made meal prep meals that I stuck with. On Friday had McDonald's again as that's what my nephew wanted for his date night with me but made wise choices for myself this time and didn't overeat (thanks to last week WW technique making a plan to eat high points foods) so proud of me. Also ate prepared meals all weekend so didn't fall into the trap of ordering in although was soo closed yesterday cause had severe back pain.
Looking forward to this week my S.T.A.R. GOAL is to complete 6 workouts in 6 days and to eat prepared meals 6x this week.

GOOD NEWS: had my echo procedure Thursday June 1st plus met with my Cardiologist and my heart failure effraction rate has risen from 40 to 50 meaning my heart failure is reverse!
HALLELUJAH THANK YOU JESUS!!
ALL MY HARD WORK HAS PAID OFF.
This Week's STAR GOAL complete 5 different chair workouts plus 3 stand up regimen workouts written by my PT🤞🏾🤞🏾
