Daily Goal and EOD Accountability

Hello Everyone,
I want to retrain myself to put my wellness needs first, and I think social accountability like this could be helpful. I will try it for a few weeks and see if I notice a positive correlation.
My goal today is to log all my food, including snacks, run 30 minutes on the elliptical, and do light HiiT with some core. I'll post at the end of the day to note how it went.

Met these goals today except HiiT and core, but I feel that it was a good day.1

Goals for 9/13 are legs, elliptical, and logging food.1

Way to go!! I need an accountability buddy so I can have someone to hold me accountable. I only have about 6-7 pounds to lose and mainly it's just fat and loose skin.get in touch with me if you want to support, motivate, etc each other!!1
