    I'm so sorry for posting late, we are traveling this weekend for a hockey tournament. Heading into the final game this morning, which is unexpected as we have a number of beginner players....it's all very exciting! Im so proud of this team, they've come a long way and have wonderful positive attitudes. Their success is a direct result of team play.
    Happy Thanksgiving to all!

    Gm yall.
    First off, the high school I graduated from way back when, got into the football state playoffs. It's been along time co.ing for these kids and they so deserve it. So we are all excited here for them.

    Secondly, yesterday was just not a good day overall for me. I overdid it yesterday and ended up in a lot of pain. Of course rain has been in the forecast and hasn't helped that. And then I tripped and fell on the way back from the mailbox last night. So needless to say I'm sore, stiff and banged up but I will survive.

    ~~~ ADDITIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT ~~~
    @lindamtuck2018 has just joined the Goal Zone!
    Linda has been the Downsizers captain since team formation several years ago, and before that she was captain of the Shrinking Assets (now the Shape Shifters). And on top of being an incredible captain, she has been an all-around marvelous member of F2F!
    Send her your love, say congrats, and let's all do a little bit extra this week to honor Linda's hard work.
    We're missing 7 weigh-ins for the week:
    @ganival
    Hi jessica sent you mail msg, will be taking a break from weigh ins
    @ganival I will ask the MODS to move you to the Support team. Let me know when you want to resume active status. Thanks! FYI, unless you're on someone's friend's list, those IMs can be a little wonky at best. Always best to post in the chat thread, so then even if one of us misses it, the other Captain won't...
    Hey isn't it @Lianatherunner 's day for the Marathon? I hope it went fantastic! She did great in the weigh in too - way to score for the team this week! :D
    I was watching for her announcement...thought perhaps she was behind on reporting her daily steps in the challenge due to her training/competing status...bet she did great! Can't wait to read her report.
    @frankbrown - Oh man, having to weigh in the day after Thanksgiving, that's rough! Not a bad weigh in, I think my scale broke this morning.
    Actually, because my weight fluctuates so much day to day, I use a seven day average for my weight, so I really have no excuse! 🤔
    (My actual weight on Friday was 242.6 compared to actual weight of 241.8 the week before.)
    @Pupowl that sounds miserable. I’m glad the pill worked and hope you figure out what caused it so you don’t have to suffer so much next time. Hugs
    Yikes! 😳 That sounds terribly uncomfortable, @Pupowl! I’m sorry to hear about your allergic reaction and loss of sleep. Have you narrowed down the cause after considering any new food, clothing, household products?
    @LaurieWrobo - I hope your work goes smoothly and all the customers are kind during the holiday rush. I’m not a big shopper but I need some new bedding for our guest room. So, I might need to brave the crowds in the next week or two. I’ll be sure to shop at an ‘off’ time and not keep the employees too late when they are trying to close up. I guess you’ll have a lot of steps in the coming weeks! Keep up the good work @LaurieWrobo, @Pupowl, @frankwbrown, @murdog3t, and the rest of our Shape Shifter steppers!
    @SavageMrsMoose @PatriceFitnessPal @Armygirlarmyof1 ~ Thanks for the nice comments! I have the medication drink now, but so far so good. I have been thinking about what could have caused it, but there was nothing new, nothing changed, no others foods or soaps or anything so I really don't have a clue. Hopefully it was just a fluke or something.
    @Armygirlarmyof1 Missing your steps for Monday
    The itchiness sounds miserable @pupowl. Hope it doesn't come back so you can sleep better at night!
