Sunday steps 0. I didn't do anything as far as exercise today. I've lounged around as my sleep was extremely off due to knee pain. Crossing Mt fingers and praying I can get good sleep tonight

@SavageMrsMoose - Aurora Borealis - saw it as a teen with my best friend. We lived in the Bible belt, and my bestie thought it meant it was THE END. Jesus had come back and she hadn't been raptured, anyway, she began to panic. I was like - don't worry bestie, let me go get Grandpa. So we dragged my Grandpa outside and he's like - "girls that's the Northern Lights" and he chuckled that we were worried. There is an app that predicts the Aurora that I have downloaded to my phone, but have only seen it that once. :D

I've been extra busy lately - sorry for not posting in more. :D:+1:

Sorry about missing posting my steps. That was my daughter's birthday. She's now 31. Where has the time gone?

I'm curious - what's your holiday traditions? Anything goofy or strange just to your family?

We don't really have any here besides the usual. Last year I bought a living tree and planted it in the backyard, but I feel bad when it starts looking droopy or sickly, so it's become dependent on me giving it fertilizer once a month, watering it through dry spells and caring for it. I have picked up elk patties and deer droppings and put around the base and buried a squirrel under it. Someday I hope it will be a proud and independent blue spruce. This year though - straight up plastic tree. I couldn't take out even more responsibility for a noble living evergreen (also, eventually there will be no front yard, or backyard, only SPRUCE!) lol :D:+1:

@Itadakimasu7 We had a tradition of opening one present on Christmas Eve growing up, but that has gone by the wayside with so many Christmas birthdays. We have a birthday on Dec 26 (my son) and December 27 (my daughter) my grandmother on the 29th, and my husband AND his dad on the 31st, so that everything runs together as is, no need to add an extra day of presents. (Lets not forget my daughter's fiancee on the 9th and my mom on the 14th). SO MANY DECEMBER BIRTHDAYS!!!

I'm trying to start a new tradition of exchanging books as Christmas gifts. They can be so meaningful and don't rack up the credit card bills. My son likes to tease me that books are going the way of the dinosaur but I've bought him two for Christmas this year. I won't give up.

I'll post steps tomorrow. Still tired from my Saturday long run. I think I need more iron. Going to pay more attention to my nutrition the next few days.

Two quiet days after my long run and I’m feeling better this morning. I did work on two puzzles. Here’s the first:
