    Headache is worse today. Stupid sinuses. I apologize if I missed posts. I will be joining you back on the regular team for March. I have decided to try for 9 more pounds.

    I saw a specialist that I hadn’t seen in 9 months. She couldn’t believe it was me. Sure made me feel good about my weight loss.

    Wow really! Another 9lb :) this losing weight is addictive isn't it? Initially i wanted to get to 200lb. Then realised i could lose a bit more and be 190lb. Then thought i wanted my maintenance weight to be 185lb but now I'm aiming for 176lb (slowly and healthily not like before xmas!!!) and even thinking i might go lower! I think it takes a while for our mind and bodies to adjust to new weights and then realise that lower weights are achievable and will give us even more benefits! Well done Linda xx

    It sure is addictive. I have seen such drastic changes in my mobility and pain that I hope another few pounds will provide even more benefits.

    Yep i know what you mean! I can do more now than at any time in my life! Not bad for 60!
    Can you check the Feb spreadsheet.... this week's weight was 184. Think it's entered as 184.8 if I'm reading it right!

    I get more frustrated when it doesn't move at all. Granted going up is annoying but if it just a bit...and if I know why....then I'm good :)

    Thanks ... I weighed everything I put in my mouth this week ... I know I need to be consistent but sometimes I just want to grab and eat lol

    It’s the trend that we have to really look at. As long as it is heading down we are ok.

    Last night was one of those nights for me. I couldn’t eat supper because of the headache. When it eased off a bit instead of something healthy I ate every sweet I could get my hands on.

    Thank you very much! I think my weight loss will be slow on these last few pounds. I am ok with that.

    It’s not pretty but not unexpected. This week started on Sunday with a trip to urgent care for bad UTI that progressed into a full blown bladder infection so my husband was doing the cooking and I just ate whatever he made and didn’t track. Honestly still not 100% but stepping on the scale was a was a message received to get back at!

    Day 5 of this stupid headache. So far I have had to reschedule a doctors appointment and didn’t go to 3 social events. Exercise has been non existent. I was shocked when I saw I reached my step goal. I am getting my hair cut in a half hour and then I will play it by ear for the rest of the day. If I can’t manage the headache with Advil I am staying off electronics for the rest of the day.

    So, I'm basically at goal weight now. 🎉 At this point I would like to figure out what I want my maintenance weight range to be. I would like to keep eating at a deficit, maybe a slight one, and lose a pound or two more, and then work on staying in my maintenance range, whatever that will be.

    17.6 pounds lost since September 1; 36.6 pounds lost total 👍

    Amazing accomplishment! Your LTD is impressive. Would you like to be moved to goal zone? You just have to give me a maintenance range. If you go over your top maintenance weight for 2 weeks we move you back to the main team until you are back in your range.

    @lindamtuck2018 Thank you! After giving this some thought, yes, let's move me over to the goal zone. Do I still do weekly weigh-ins on the team chat?
    My top maintenance weight will be 124.8, so anything 125.0 and above will be over.
