I thought it would be fun to play volleyball with my 11 year old granddaughter. So with my husband and daughter protesting loudly I played anyway. So I will admit I should have listened to them. I haven’t had this much pain in awhile but it was seriously worth it. My granddaughter had so much fun. At least I learned to hit the ball straight. So no intentional exercise today.

I hope you have an amazing Sunday!

Good morning, @lindamtuck2018! Hope you are feeling better. I agree the one “upside” of this stomach bug is that you manage to lose some weight but…it is not a very comfortable way of doing it. Glad you were able to get back into the pool.

Here are my numbers for 3/24/2024:

    User: rwillems
    Weigh-in day: Sunday
    PW: 267.8 lbs
CW: 266.0 lbs. (down 1.8 lbs)

    Have a good week!

We lost my uncle yesterday as expected but still such a blow especially to my dad. He is now the last remaining of his five siblings and of his family and is taking it very hard. It’s so difficult to watch him go through this and reminds of his own mortality and that I may lose him in the next few years as well as his health is not the best. I’m feeling really down and my food choices yesterday are showing it it. Can’t even call it food when I had about 10 midgie tootsie rolls and two brownie cookies in addition to two servings of eggs Benedict and twice baked potatoes. I can’t remember a day that I have gone off the rails so far!

So sorry for your loss ....hugssssss

    Sunday Question

How do you spend your Sundays? Exercise, relax, family day, etc.

Sunday's are usually my rest day.

Then there's the UAC challenge which wants you to at least do 20 minutes of exercise, so sometimes I go for a walk.

This week I challenged a friend in an apple challenge, so if she moved, then I had to move :)

I am so sorry for your loss. It’s so easy to allow our emotions to make our food choices. Try to be aware of what you’re eating but grieving and helping your Dad is number one. Let us know how you are doing.

Nice loss! The downside is as soon as you start eating, the weight goes right back on.

I love the Apple Watch challenges. The only other person I know with an Apple Watch is my granddaughter and she is just too easy to beat. That is a sad statement. My friends are all Fitbit users.

While I didn’t do any walking I was so busy it was no trouble gettIn my steps. I am going to the pool as soon as it opens. Then I am off for my night away. No concert but maybe I will play the 🎰. Not sure if we are going to go across the border but a little shopping would ok. I definitely need new clothes. I have no spring/summer clothes that fit.

    Have a great Monday!

I normally don't like to go anywhere on Sundays. I prefer to have a lazy day and relax, sleep in to prepare for the week ahead. I've been so tired lately that I ended up napping quite a bit yesterday. I felt a little lazy but I clearly needed the sleep and I'm feeling a lot more energized today so clearly my body new what it needed.

Hi everyone! Looking back some really amazing weight losses!!!!! Great job!!

Meghan, I'm sooo sorry to hear the news ;( Dang girl, it's just too overwhelming.

Weekly weight - I'm the girl with the salt issue. I'm on crutches at the moment. So groceries are delivered to my kitchen, and to ward off cooking the same stuff over and over, I have restaurant quality meals x2 delivered on Sundays to throw in variety. It's difficult to figure out what does or doesn't have a lot of salt in it. My weight goes up, pegs, then slowly falls again, always with salt. Fortunately the mirror doesn't lie ;D

CW - 136 (yesterday it was 138. . again, so I didn't bother to post it)
