Not much new for weigh in this week but I had a really crazy journey to get here! On Tuesday, I hit an all time low of 266.6 lbs! 💪 By Thursday I hit a high on 269.0 lbs. 😚😭 Now today, on weigh in day, I’m back to where I started! Crazy! Oh well, need to get back to that 266 number….I liked that!

The scales are a fickle creature. Did you have any salty food? I know that I have some crazy jumps in my weight after certain foods.2 -

I didn’t do too bad on exercise this week. I am switching from averaging my calories to just looking at it on a daily basis for awhile. My husband woke up with a stomach bug. I am praying that myself and my granddaughter don’t catch it. 🤞

Thanks for the thought. Any of us who have been doing this for awhile know how fickle (and deflating) scales can sometime be. I try not to let these "wiggles get to me. No it wasn't salt --- it was a couple of overnights with our granddaughter that did me in. Although I would gladly give up a couple of pounds to be able to enjoy time with her any time she wants!0 -

Sunday to Wednesday is usually pretty quiet as there are not a ton of weigh ins.0 -

Of course I am second victim to the stomach bug. It woke me up at 3am. If I go by my husband it seems like it doesn’t last long. Will my granddaughter be victim number three. No exercise today.3 -

Eating out/salt just kills me. Don't worry.
Gets me every time too. I hardly ate much at McDonald’s but I made chicken wings last night and did something wrong with the spices. They were really salty. I still got the taste in my mouth and I only had a few. My weight is up today so I suspect I add salt and a lot of it. We are eating out Wednesday and Thursday so I will be surprised if I am not up more by weigh day. I thought I posted my weight earlier today but just realised I didn't.
Week was good weight went up and down and today managed to stay at last week's weight.

Omg! I weighed in on Friday 8th at 182.6lb then traveled to my mums on the Saturday. Ate virtually nothing on my travel day so weighed Sunday morning and was 5lb heavier ... just her scales right! So used her scales reading minus 5lb
Had a reasonable week .. few treats and meals but managed to get reasonable steps in most days, logged all my calories as normal and deserved a 1.5lb gain
Friday 15th weighed in on her scales again and i was .6lb down . All good. But expecting the 1.5lb to turn up soon
NO!!!!! Sunday morning, back on my scales and I've gone up to 191lb .... gained 7.4lb!!!!!
Had friends here for the weekend so ate and drank too much and Monday morning I'm a spectacular 194 lb ..... 11.4lb gain in a week
How is that even possible! After 2 months of working hard to lose my Xmas gain here it is all back!!
I know, more carbs=more water, more salt=more water etc etc but 11.4lb in a week!!!
