I'm starting my journey over again. I don't like logging meals but I made a discovery on eating daily mixed nuts that was shocking to learn. I'm doing a lot of night time snacking that I need to stop. I'm OK during the day.

I THINK I’VE DONE THIRD STEP B/C I GOT CONVICTED THAT GOD’S WILL FOR ME RIGHT NOW IS TO GET THE EIGHTY LBS OFF BY NO COMPULSIVE OVEREATING FIRST FOOD BITES OR SIPS AND TO HAVE A BETTER BMI AND BETTER HEALTH. About 71 # left to take off . ☀️🌸0

Hi , a one-off check-in today .
Lazy rainy day.
Hey ! I’m 1.1 lbs away from 10 lbs off milestone.
Eating ok, within my Food Plan,
but I’ve had some carbs, mixed berries , beans , quinoa or rice in tuna or salmon salad, peaches, melba toast once in a while.
All of it is once in a while.
Halfway thru week.
Don’t know whether I can get out of 219# promptly.
My metabolism is in the summer doldrums.
I wonder how much I’ll have to lose to feel energized ?
I think over 50# more.
Morning coffee was cleaned up today also , i.e. drank it plain/black : Lavazza crema e gusto espresso.
Had purchased the coffee grounds and espresso machine especially so I could clean up the morning coffee and I finally did it.
Twice so far .
Every little change helps.
