Just getting (re)started for the very last time!
How many times have I “started over for the last time”? Just this once, because I now know how important it is to take control and add to my life’s longevity! I’ve lost 60 lbs, over the past 12 months and I do not EVER want to go back. Now that I’m almost at my goal I need to be held accountable in an additional way. And…

I'm new here - nice to meet you!!
Hi all - I'm Jessica, and I live north of Baltimore, MD. I'm in my early 50s, and would love to make some friends in my age group (or really any age group!!!). I have lost about 60 pounds in the last year by using Mounjaro (Zepbound), using the Noom app, riding my Peloton bike, running, and some strength training (though…

Finished with the cut.
First post here. Normally use the app off and on depending on when I’m bulking on in this case cutting. Just finished a cut for 2 months where I lost 10 lbs doing 2k cals a day. Wasn’t the most fun thing in the world but still hit protein goal which was my main thing. Did lose a lil bit of strength but I went in expecting…

Localisation
When I go to add a treat for myself for example a McDonalds, I am showed so many options but mostly default to the US market. It would be good if there was an option to only show UK based foods with a button to search international. Also with shrinkflation most things are shrinking so I am often finding that I am adding…

Maintain or main 'taint?
Hello, fellow maintainers! I'm at that old goal weight once again. It brings such a mix of feelings: Wanting to stop worrying about my weight all the time and but also wanting to lose just a little bit more. Always an interesting moment. (I've been here many times!)

Weather
Up north of Minnesota temps hot and muggy with lovely Canadian fire winds blowing in, not good with my asthma. Some great posts here. Well getting closer to my weight where I want it, now if I can stay here and not gain. Any ideas??

Gained a LOT of Weight on Psychiatric Meds
Got up to 208 lbs. and I'm 5 ft 8.5 in. and female. Then, I switched psychiatric meds and lost 60 lbs. over one year with seemingly little effort. Then, I switched back to the psychiatric med that I originally gained weight on and since 2021, I've been slowly regaining the weight. I've regained 23 lbs. so far. I'm now up…

I was a college athlete 30+ years ago and weighed 190lbs with 6% BF at that time. Over the last 9 months I've lost 120lbs with net carbs under 20g/day (all veggies)…

I'm confused on weekly food planning.
Hello I'm new to using this app/service. I was using the meal planner for 1 week and it added all the items I needed for recipes to Instacart. My problem is that is says it's going to cost $247.06!? Is this an every week price or is this a few weeks, like I'm absolutely floored at the price and thought I'd be spending…

I am trying to work out the best way to track what my calorie intake should be. If I track this as “other” on Apple Watch, It averages about 2000 calorie burn per day. I also do cardio and strength…

I’m going harder. 16:8 IF timeframe AND lower calorie intake for the 2lbs a week loss. Idk…

❓❓❓How have I maintained my 110 lb weight loss over 5 years? ❓❓
From 288 lbs to 178 lbs for over 5 years!! I do go up and down within a general 7 lb range, but how did I lose in the first place? Was it EASY? NO WAY was it easy. At that time, I couldn't walk much, but I could still lose!! I am not a healthy eater (Way better than I was though!) and I flatly refused to make any drastic…

I am about to start a 6-month subscription and looking for feedback and success stories on transitioning from meds and maintaing with lifestyle changes.
