Try pushing yourself for 4 days a week. How do you feel about seafood. Shrimp an scallops. Cooked in butter with garlic and onions red or yellow. On a low heat. In another pan virgin olive oil glass that's in glass bottle. Poor in pan, or you can use butter or coconut oil. Let pan warm add turmeric an curry powder spices. Than cauliflower rice. If frozen wait till soft add broccoli ,spinach, scallions. Possibly mini bell peppers chopped. A egg. Scrambling it making the cauliflower rice into fried rice. Than add your scallops and shrimp soaking in butter with onions and garlic. To the cauliflower fried rice. Great healthy meal. That you can add beef, turkey, chicken, lamb or fish. If you don't want scallops or shrimp.

A pasta dish i made with pesto. Using shrimp and scallops. Pasta was the bowtie Pasta farfalle pasta. with addition of water to soften up pasta i used butter. The other pan i added butter. "Melted butter." Ginger, Garlic, onion, mini bell pepper / scallions chopped. Scallops and shrimp. Make sure to rinse scallops and shrimp before cooking. Than paper towel dry. If frozen rinse under cold water. Till soften than paper towel dry. Putting scallops an shrimp with butter let cook 5 min than added spinach. 10 min your shrimp and scallops should be ready. With the pasta I added broccoli when pasta was semi soften soaking up that water. Soften noodles than add pesto. Than I added pesto to the shrimp and scallops pan. Stirring around. Mix the two. And that's a delicious pasta dish. If you don't like scallops or shrimp. You could add anything else. Im sure it would taste great
