I got it all done (and it felt great to do so) but I did have a little twinge in my knee at the end of the day.
I may have to take it a little easier today - but I am trying to end the month strong. Can't believe that July is almost here!

@scandiao awesome for joining the step challenge in July! How many steps would you like to aim for each day (or week)?
And I will also share that my lucky number is 7 as well 😊

I am following with @Megan_smartiepants1970 idea while she is recovering and posing a question. I love reading! Getting comfortable on the couch with a blanket and good book is my idea of relaxing!1 -

Happy to be maintaining while I'm away from the rv !2 -
Having maintained my weight for a few months now i don't feel I'm ready to lose more and unfortunately I'm not motivated enough to motivate the team! I'll therefore be leaving the group at the end of June.
Best of luck to everyone in their continued journey. Lis2 -

When we lose motivation, maintaining can be a good thing. You are not slipping back into old habits/patterns and gaining back weight that you have lost. You are still down 94 pounds which is AMAZING!! If you need a break and want to go on the support team for a while that is an option as well. Otherwise, I wish you ongoing luck with your journey!0 -
Welcome to the group @mrsditchen !!!
Go get lots of rest @Megan_smartiepants1970
@lindamtuck2018 It is a beautiful day out, and the humidity is nice and low so that is a relief! I hope your surgery comes and gets over with quick so you can get on your trip! Have a great day!
Thank you! I love the way you are such a great cheerleader for the team. It’s going to be another nice day. I only like the hot ones when I am on a beach with a pina colda in my hand. I hope you have a great Friday.Thank you @stacimfit I'm looking forward to finding myself again. LOL!
In away we want to lose ourselves. 😂 Lots of ourselves. Seriously, I know what you mean. I think it’s a life long journey. Good luck with your weight loss and welcome.Weigh-in Day: Thursday

Nice! I am trying to convince my husband to go on cruise to Alaska. Are you still in Alaska?

Good morning! The weather is great again today. I am soon going to go out and enjoy some balcony time. My stomach is still off but I feel much better. My steps sucked as I laid down a good bit of the day. Today I will get moving.

Nice loss! You can’t leave. You are one of the people who I consider an inspiration in my weight loss story. I am going to be honest with you. Taking the break in May really sent me down a rabbit hole. I got in my head and bad habits slowly crept in. I am still up 5 pounds from the lowest weight. I was maintaining until I wasn’t. I am not saying this will happen to you. Lots of people maintain successfully. Anyway, I will miss you if you leave. You are the person who helped me join the slimmer 60’s club. Good luck with your journey. When are you heading out on your trip to the US?

Weigh In Day: Friday
PW (Previous Weight): 202.1
CW (Current Weight): 203.4
This week didn't quite go as planned, I was hoping to get under 200. I got my steps in but a couple of days my food wasn't so great. I didn't go over my caloric intake but sodium, and fat was high.
Oh well, today is a new day right???

Hi Linda, thanks for your reply. I appreciate your comments. I'll be honest with you, whilst i know things have to change the group isn't the same without you as captain! You were a huge motivation to me as we both passed by the 200lb mark and reached our low weights! I've started feeling its a chore to come to the page .... rather than i could nt wait to be here every morning to see how folks were doing! I also have some huge personal issues going on and just feel nows the time to go. Who knows i might be back after my trip to the usa in September! Good luck with the rest of your journey xx0 -

Ending the month strong! Today we are going to see South Pacific at the Goodspeed Theater - so fitting since we just got back from our trip. Hubby and I are alone this time - Allyson (my daughter) is taking this one off. Since she isn't with us, we decided to skip the out to dinner afterwards - kind of tired of restaurant food. Looking forward to it.

My new Fitbit (Sense 2) arrived. It's been about half a year since my old Charge 5 died and I've been debating between Apple Watch and another Fitbit. It seems pretty clear that Apple watches are probably more durable and have more features but at the end of the day, the Fitbit battery will last much longer and if I had to charge my watch every day and a half, I probably wouldn't wear it so it was an easy decision for me as I don't need all the extra bells and whistles. Plus I didn't have to pay anything for it as we have a health program through work in which we can earn points and turn them in for items like this. Anyway, I'm in the process of synching and updating the software and as soon as that's done, I'm going for my morning walk and "get my steps on"!2 -

Good morning! It’s a rainy day today. We are leaving shorty for our overnight trip. I hope the rain stops so we can walk along the riverfront. I went for a walk yesterday but I couldn’t get my watch to start. I am having trouble with the screen. I will make a trip to the Apple Store next week.

Good Morning Lauren! Very cool you like 7 there is just something about that number. lol!
Now for the steps. Well, for starters, I will do 3,500 steps a day. I know it's not much. But I haven't been walking much and my usual steps are around 2500 to 2700. I work from home, and do not motivate myself to start walking. 😟 But, after talking to a customer yesterday, she shared with me that she lost her only daughter due to obesity (she told me her daughters weight and it is what I am right now ) It made me really think about how important it is to get started. I don't want to leave my parents, husband or daughter to live their lives without me.
Have an amazing weekend!!1 -
