@Krysless2 That hurricane is a monster. Hope all goes well for you with it. It can be so scary. I live in SE Louisiana, so I am all too familiar with hurricanes. We just went through one, Francine, two weeks ago. The big one, Katrina, was horrible.
@DaffyGirl88 Thanks!
@Cyncia85 Maybe I'll keep these jeans as a reminder and for inspiration. Good idea:)
@Pupowl Love those pink boots!
@globalhiker Have you tried just using olive oil and balsamic vinegar? I love my big salads. I only use .5 tablespoon olive oil and 1.5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. It took some getting used to, but now I love it.4 -
@Krysless2 You did post your weight, sorry we missed it! Thanks for the steps.
@iradi8 Thanks, me too. I saw your name pop up in the 100 day challenge. You have been doing really awesome with your weight loss journey!5 -
@iradi8 thanks for providing the dressing amounts, I've never tried this but will!
Stuck to my calorie limit yesterday! Less hungry than normal this morning. Maybe I'll be lucky and have hormonal balance today for a change.5 -

Thursday: Gym was completely empty, I’m sure people thought they would be closed in prep for the hurricane. My mind was elsewhere but still reached my move goal..so that’s good! Power went out for a few hours last night but that’s about all we suffered through in our part of Florida. Other than that, I am thinking about and hoping for a quick recovery for the cities that flooded and got the worst of the storm sending up🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ack, not good that I've reached a new high...
I've been sick this week, but starting to feel a bit better today.6 -
Weigh in

It's been a weird week. I had covid last weekend, and then as I was recovering from that, I started having some stomach issues. I'm now thinking it was constipation from a new medication. It hurt a lot. So exercise has been non-existent, other than a few short walks here and there. I haven't been tracking food, just tried to make good choices along the way.
So I'm happy with the loss, but I'm not sure it was well-earned, as much as the results from a tough week. I'll take it though.6 -
Good morning!
Weigh-in
PW: 253.9 lbs
CW: 257.2 lbs
I wasn't surprised to see the scale go up since it's been a few weeks since my last weigh-in. But, even with the gain, I'm still excited about what I want my tracked goals to be for next month and am actually feeling pretty good about the food choices I made this week overall. I just need to work on wrangling my sweet tooth in the coming month ^_^;
@Krysless2, Take care of yourself! I've never been in a hurricane, but it seems like a stressful thing to go through
@pedal__power and @Zaxa2021, I hope y'all get feeling better!6 -

I expect most of this is loss of water weight. I've had a cold this week, and haven't been drinking enough water.6 -

I actually try, but it's been hard lately. I have Thursdays and Fridays off when everyone else is at school and work. I try to make one my cleaning day and the other my recooperate from the week day, ten im also off Saturday and thats family day. But something always comes up. Last week my husband was home both weekdays, then he ended up being home yesterday and I love him but I need a day to myself. He is clingy, and I'm not, i love alone time, so it gets to me and I need a break, lol. And one of my children is autistic and often struggles in school. I regularly get calls from his school about him. But so far so good today. Sitting on the couch with my coffee and my sons cat as we speak, lol. About to go change clothes and workout5 -

Thanks @frankwbrown
I'm a Garmin user. I will take a look this weekend2 -
Are you hydrated?
Friendly reminder to have some water.

@globalhiker I started off with one tbs. olive oil, but I found that .5 tbs. is fine for me. Play with the amounts until you get it the way you like. It is very tangy:) The good thing is that balsamic vinegar hardly has any calories so you can put a bunch if you want.

well, happy to say i got myself up and had a great workout, 3 miles on the treadmill followed by some legs and back. Burned 638 calories, went to my daughters cross country meet and ran to diffrent parts of the course to cheer her on, stuck to my calories well and even had enough for some left wine. Im going to add myself to the goal tracker for october and see if i can get my butt in gear. work and life are so stressful and work supplies endless snacks so its been a struggle but I need to stop making excuses. So heres to starting fresh, AGAIN, lol4
