    @Krysless2 That hurricane is a monster. Hope all goes well for you with it. It can be so scary. I live in SE Louisiana, so I am all too familiar with hurricanes. We just went through one, Francine, two weeks ago. The big one, Katrina, was horrible.

    @globalhiker Have you tried just using olive oil and balsamic vinegar? I love my big salads. I only use .5 tablespoon olive oil and 1.5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. It took some getting used to, but now I love it.

    @globalhiker I started off with one tbs. olive oil, but I found that .5 tbs. is fine for me. Play with the amounts until you get it the way you like. It is very tangy:) The good thing is that balsamic vinegar hardly has any calories so you can put a bunch if you want.

    well, happy to say i got myself up and had a great workout, 3 miles on the treadmill followed by some legs and back. Burned 638 calories, went to my daughters cross country meet and ran to diffrent parts of the course to cheer her on, stuck to my calories well and even had enough for some left wine. Im going to add myself to the goal tracker for october and see if i can get my butt in gear. work and life are so stressful and work supplies endless snacks so its been a struggle but I need to stop making excuses. So heres to starting fresh, AGAIN, lol
